A Couple More Pics From Vegas
I'm working on a Madden 2005 review, so no post today. Here are two of the best $6 shots of water and Hi-C I've ever had.

Comments: A Couple More Pics From Vegas

Paul-

This is off topic but has anyone ever mentioned to you that you look a lot like George Michael Bluth from the show Arrested Development?

Darren

No, definitely not. I never heard of the guy, so I did a Google Images search. Time for a makeover, I guess.

What bar was that at Paul? I think I'm going to need some Hi-C after the long flight to Vegas.

How many games are you going to play of madden before you come out with a review. I like the game, the lions are finally good enought to use.
The "hit stick" is really a waste of time along with several other new features. Game play is good overall. Look forward to hearing what you have to say.

Cory, that bar was Rum Jungle.

Andy, my review was submitted to ESPN.com and is supposed to appear on Page 3 tomorrow. In short, the game is pretty much the same. I agree the Hit Stick is a bit of a waste, but how much are you gonna add to a game where you can already set hot dog prices? The obvious attractions to 2005 are the new rosters and the ability to play online. So any Madden buff is gonna be as pleased as before.

I wanted to add a list of Madden links, to reviews and forums, but they didn't want them, so I'll do them here tomorrow.

And one set of the worst implants I've ever seen.

Posted by lucy at August 11, 2004 5:08 PM

Thanks Paul, it's definitely on my short list now.

And regarding the (alleged) implants...they're spectacular.

Posted by Cory at August 11, 2004 5:12 PM

First, PK does not look like George Michael Bluth.
Second, that girl's implants are perfect for her body. Ahh...I remember the good old days when I was a shot girl. Those were some good times.

I still want to get Madden 2005 though there isn't much of a change. I guess it has something to do with T.O. in an Eagles uniform. I am still amazed by the graphics on video games today compared to when we were kids. My little brother (22) laughs when we pull out the old school Collecovision every Thanksgiving, because he has always had cool games in his lifetime. He was a baby when the rest of the family lived and breathed those cheesy Collecovision games.

Cass, I was talking about the visible implant lines- not the size.

Posted by lucy at August 11, 2004 6:11 PM

hey buddy, why are you eyes focusing on the drink and not her lovely breasts..

RumJungle is a cool place, did you hit Red Square, the place with the huge MARX bust on the outside.. single best martini i've had, blue cheese stuffed in the olives, with grey goose.. u bite into the olive and they explode..

and why not compare ESPN's $20 game to Madden's $50 game, i'm sure your employer at ESPN PAGE 3 would love you to give the game some press

Posted by Ayan at August 11, 2004 7:18 PM

I didn't compare the two. Opinions differ greatly on both. Fact is they're both amazing, and the arguments are just nit-picking.

Madden is employer of ABC, which is owned by Disney, which owns ESPN. So they're not afraid to pump it.

Posted by Paul Katcher at August 11, 2004 7:28 PM

Madden is definetly worth owning, if you are gonna get it spend the extra 10 bucks and get the collectors edition with the vintage madden games on them.

Is it possible to have a bad implant?
Isn't the phrase "bad implant" a paradox?
A phrase so contradictory that it's inherently false?

Posted by Larry at August 12, 2004 11:56 AM

Bad implants are possible, but not on that woman. You think that towel was to sop up booze?
