Things I'm Thankful For
• I'm thankful for bigeasychoppers.com's Fantasy Fest 2003 gallery. Viva la Key West, one of my favorite places in America.

• I'm thankful for this Seinfeld Script Search, a database of hilarity. Let's call it the anti-One Day at a Time. The show ranks as one of my favorite TV shows. Here's a gem from "The Pledge Drive" — George: "He probably doesn't want to get chocolate on his fingers. That's the way these society types eat their candy bars."

• I'm thankful for the Google Toolbar, which has blocked hundreds of annoying pop-ups since I installed it. Works like a charm, and it's a great search tool.

• I'm thankful for MT-Blacklist, a Movable Type plug-in that prevents those asshole porn sites from posting bullshit comments on my site and taking advantage of my solid Google standing. What they do is nothing short of criminal, the equivalent of spraying graffiti on something I created. Mother fuckers.

• I'm thankful for winning five straight games of Madden 2004 online after going 0-for-12 to start my career. Anyone out there want a game? E-mail me and we'll set it up. Then prepare to have Ahman Green run all over your ass. I played as the Pack against the Ravens on Monday night and returned five of Kyle Boller's passes for TDs in the second quarter. My opponent quit, just like so many bitches on the service.

• I'm thankful for Wikipedia, my favorite online encyclopedia that employs a masterful application of web usability.

• I'm thankful for this collection of Bruce Springsteen guitar chords, allowing me to jam to my favorite tunes. Boss at his best: "The night is dark but the sidewalk's bright; And lined with the light of the living."

• I'm thankful for Aaron Boone's home run, which reduced Red Sox fans to tears (again). You never know, though, maybe all those Boston hitters will have career years again in 2004.

• I'm NOT thankful for the Giants and the Knicks. One is looking more and more like losers every week and the other has perfected it.

Comments: Things I'm Thankful For

I am thankful for your blog. It is intelligent and entertaining, and gives me something to do while I am at work. It keeps me updated and in touch with the city I love so much and miss--NYC.

I am thankful for Jeremy Roenick who is going to win the Stanley Cup for the Flyers this year, the Tuna who is going to take the Cowboys to the SuperBowl this year and that Keyshawn is unemployed.

I am thankful to be an American. Where I as a woman was able to receive a college education, own my own home, make ridiculous amounts of money, drive a sports car and am able to express my sexuality. Where I can be pro-choice, I can get married and keep my last name(better yet, I don't have to get married at all if I do not want to), I can watch porn and drink alcohol. I have the right to free speech, the right to vote and most importantly freedom. I am thankful for those in the military who fight every day to protect this country and our rights so I can continue to have the life I have.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Im thankful Cass posts just as much as I do. =)

Im thankful Paul updates just about everyday, because without him I wouldn't have anything to do at work.

Im thankful as well, that I can drink and watch porn. Because without that... my life would be so useless.

I am thankful for $1 pints of Yuengling and "Endless Ribs" at Damons, which allowed me to be numb all night to the fact that the Giants are going nowhere this year.

Never thought I'd move to Pennsylvania and watch the Eagles, Phillies and Sixers dominate my NY teams in the standings. I repeat: Eagles, Phillies AND Sixers... WTF?!?!

I blame Bush - nothing's gone right for New York since that idiot became President.

I'm thankful for spa pedicures. I'm thankful for push-up bras and garters. I'm thankful that it's winter and I can get out my favorite pair of 'you know you wanna fuck me' boots.

I'm thankful for diet coke and fresh-squeezed orange juice and vodka tonics with a lemon and a lime twist both please, thank you. I'm thankful for McDonald Happy Meals, greek salads with lots of feta and the undeniable pleasure of a Dairy Queen sundae instead of lunch.

I'm thankful for any baseball the Cubs play in October, and watching my sons' hockey games in any season. I'm thankful for my sons, period.

I'm thankful for free speech so that I can read whatever Paul writes, and agree or disagree as I so choose, and I'm thankful that Paul isn't a Mets fan.
